Olá - Hello

O Portulano está a entrar numa nova fase da sua vida. Vários membros estão já a criar e dinamizar os seus espaços, e pequenos grupos vão encontrando no Portulano um porto de partida para grandes navegações.

Portulano is going through a new phase in its short life. Members are starting to create and furnish their individual spaces, and small groups are using Portulano as a friendly departing port for their wider navigations.

About Portulano

Portulano (PORTUguese LAnguage Network - Online) is a virtual community of educators involved in nurturing, promoting and teaching the Portuguese language and the diverse cultures it conveys worldwide, mainly in those contexts where it is spoken as a heritage or foreign language.

The design and development of Portulano is guided by the concept of webs of expertise which embodies an important learning principle: every member can be simultaneously an expert and a novice within one or more learning and practice communities, thus contributing to, and benefiting from, the learning and knowledge potential of those communities.
